Interesting story. It is very hard in this economy. Where was this investment company when Dayton needed it. Oh I forgot, other options were never really ever considered. Now that we have the golf course I really hope that pretty soon that the park and rec board and the council start practicing fiscal responsibility instead of inner fighting and trying to "get" others.
I still find it interesting that when you want to discuss the fiancial situation in Dayton, no one wants to discuss it. It seems like there has to be negative nasty writings or attacks going on to have it be discussed. It will be interesting to see how this council meeting goes. I wonder if anyone will address the golf course financials. You know Dayton used to be a nice caring town. Because some have disagreed with a few it has became very negative and nasty. I hope some have learned from this that when you feed this it grows. You can never payback people it will someday come back to haunt you. So please think about how you treat people and how YOU would like to be treated. I just heard of something someone is doing very nice for someone else. Let's try this for a change. Don't go after someone and try to get them because they disagree with you. Life can be to short and to difficult to do this all the time.
